British Pre-Primary & Lower Primary General Tutor with 4 years' Experience

My aim is to provide tuition that suits my pupil's needs and study level with germane teaching procedures and resources. To be precise, I provide teaching support for primary school age core curriculum subjects for key stages 1 and 2. Basically, I schedule a tutoring timetable that matches the personality of my tutee for maximum cooperation and teamwork. Also, I create an avenue for the tutee to do independent tasks with little or no supervision to boost confidence and self-reliance. In addition, I produce and keep record of the pupil’s progress to provide relevant information about the tutee’s progress to the parents.

My strengths include teaching literacy and numeracy foundation skills, handwriting and computing. Often, I try not to limit my tutoring to academic success but provide support for the moral and ethical development of a child. All through my years of tutoring pupils who are below 18 years of age, I always ensure that I work to tutoring agency standards and work in line with child protection regulations. I treat every child with utmost care and compassion while I remain professional in my duty. Also, I am patient with sensitive children because I understand what it means to be different from a common group of people in a demanding environment.

Personally, delivering quality tuition to my tutee is my culture, it goes beyond rendering service for monetary gain.

I'm a smart graduate of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure.

I have a great passion to see children grow and develop into self-reliant adults because I believe the world deserves such kinds of people. Consequently, I do the work necessary to tilt the odds by grooming children academically and morally in order to produce excellent scholars and leaders.

My strengths are in English, mathematics and science. However, I enjoy assisting children in the areas of computing and cultural studies. I'm someone who is consistently growing and taking time to learn continuously as it is a direct requirement of an educational expert.
