I teach mathematics, phonics, science, social studies, handwriting and creative writing. Istudied the pupils strength and capitalize on it and help them out of their weakness. I am firm and consistent in discharging duties in the class. I provided a list of standard and consequences to parents and pupil and I'm commited to keep the classroom. I get to know the pupils and let them know I care alot about them. I treated them with same respect and given same attention while I keep their confidence alive and growing. I engage in singing sessions with them and brighten them up so that their attention can be focussed and fixed.
