I have been teaching Mathematics for a long time now. I see the fear most students have for the subject. I know this fear, I have been there before.
Maths is the bedrock of learning and it is applicable in our everyday live, it cannot be avoided. I believe the first approach in tutoring a student in maths is to help him/her overcome that fear or help them love the subject the more (if they have overcome the fear for "the dreaded subject"). I strongly believe that fear is the reason why students (especially the younger ones) make mistakes while solving.
Mathematics can be fun, it all depends on the approach. I have the experience and patience to teach this subject to students of all ages and prepare them for entrance examinations into secondary schools.
I have prepared students for entrance exams into Federal Government College, Loyola Jesuit college, Chokhmah International Academy etc.

I have a BSc in Human Anatomy, and BEng in Marine Engineering from the University of Calabar and the Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun Delta state respectively.
I have experience as class teacher for over five years as well as a private tutor for both pupils and students of different ages.
My subject areas include Mathematics, Biology and Physics. I have prepared pupils for different kinds of entrance exams and students for SSCE and Jamb.
I am very good with child psychology and how to motivate and capture their interests.
