My degree in Accountancy give me a broad understanding and knowledge about accounting. I have an informal but focused approach, finding the best way for my students to understand the theory of accounting and apply it to questions. The best way to improve is through practice, and all lessons have a heavy emphasis on exercises, with particular use of past exam papers and focus on the curriculum. I believe it is important to encourage confidence and a systematic thoroughness, but also that lessons are engaging and fruitful.
About
My name is Adedoyin, I am a graduate of Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic.
I have been teaching students in Secondary School Mathematics and Commercial related subjects such as Business Studies, Account, Commerce and Economics for over eight (8) years.
I have also successfully prepared many of my students for internal and external examinations such as WAEC, JAMB and IGSCE.
My teaching style is mostly centered around my students learning style as this allows my students share their views freely without the fear of sounding silly which always brings obvious improvement in their learning and confidence.
My teaching style also gives me a pretty clear insight into how best to tackle the learning problem of my students in regards to achieving the set goals.
I use a mixture of humour and rigorous learning, and I also ensure to not just focus on the exams alone, but to broaden my students' general cultural outlook
