I try to build a good working relationship with my students as this allows them to communicate more openly by expressing their concerns which will enable a more suitable environment for learning. I aim to pass on my enthusiasm through my tutelage; as I want nothing more than to see young minds with boundless potential showcase their abilities and gain the recognition and reward they deserve.
My student teacher experiences affords me the opportunity to assume all the responsibilities of an elementary teacher at multiple grade levels. I feel confident and qualified to take on the challenges that teaching offers as I am always eager to demonstrate my talent and teaching skills.I believe that teaching is most valuable when it provides tools that students can use outside of tutorials, and I therefore try to teach approaches to problem-solving and build students' confidence in their ability.
Ever since I started teaching at the college level, I have been passionate in my commitment to the three things: maximizing individual student performance, inspiring students in technology and instilling a sense of self worth among all students have taught. I have and will still continue to dedicate myself to each of these pursuits.
