This course provides a framework for students to assess the value impact of operational decisions, capital budgeting choices, and critical business decisions such as mergers or restructuring.

Some key topics to be taught include: evaluation techniques, the link between asset markets and corporate decisions, public equity markets and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financial intermediaries, restructuring, and private equity. I will assist my student in getting a deep understanding of the legal, regulatory, and institutional frameworks of financial markets, we will develop a thorough understanding of how financial markets and institutions function.

My name is Henry, over the years I have taught English Language and other subjects/courses. I am proficient with both the Nigerian and British curriculum of education. 

I specialize in helping students prepare effectively for pivotal local and international examinations in Economics and English Language. Some of these examinations include: WASSCE, GCE and NECO; as well as IGCSE, IELTS, TOEFL and other foreign external examinations for study abroad programs, with prime emphasis on grammar, vocabulary and phonology–the three most critical genres of the language. 

I adopt varied teaching methodology and procedures to stimulate the desired learning interest for examination success.

I continually engage my students to actively participate in activities/exercises to integrate the skills learnt into practice in writing and expression.
