Biology is important to everyday life because it allows humans to better understand their bodies, their resources and potential threats in the environment.

It is the study of all living things, so it helps people to understand every organism alive, from the smallest bacteria to the largest animal within our environment.

It helps in increasing production of food, combating diseases and also aids in protecting and conserving our environment. The advances in the field of Biology have resulted in high standard of living in the field of food and health.

My approach to teaching this subject is rather iterative, I constantly change the way and level of what I teach in response to feedback from the student.

I have found that this singular act makes sessions more effective and rewarding for my students.

 I have about 7 years experience tutoring students of various age range and also students with learning difficulties.

 As a tutor I possess fundamental skills that enables students to become successful at their academics. I am friendly, approachable, dedicated and well-prepared. I provide comprehensive tution for the students using various analogies and real world applications as my teaching tools so that my students can clearly understand what is being taught to them.

I like to use a variety of approaches in my lessons, I try to make my sessions active and interesting. I support students with clear and precise feedback both orally and in writing. I am very passionate about teaching and I have the ability to share my knowledge and skills with my students and help them do the best they can.

I prepare assessments for my students before I teach in order for me to know the appropriate techniques to use to impact knowledge to them.
