Chemistry education plays an important role in enhancing the quality of teaching and research as well as ensuring that students are equipped with good knowledge to produce intensive goods and services to meet human needs for food, health care products and other materials aimed at improving the quality of life.

Chemistry helps you to understand the world around you. Why are plants green? How is cheese made? What is in soap and how does it clean?

I strive to ensure my teaching processes are fun and constructive. This is so that the sessions aren't too boring for my student and to also make sure we achieve the desired objectives at the end of sessions.

I endeavour to help my students feel the same fascination with the subject as I do. It is also important to me that a student truly understands the concepts they are learning, as I find this is the best way to retain the information and apply it to solving problems.

 I have about 7 years experience tutoring students of various age range and also students with learning difficulties.

 As a tutor I possess fundamental skills that enables students to become successful at their academics. I am friendly, approachable, dedicated and well-prepared. I provide comprehensive tution for the students using various analogies and real world applications as my teaching tools so that my students can clearly understand what is being taught to them.

I like to use a variety of approaches in my lessons, I try to make my sessions active and interesting. I support students with clear and precise feedback both orally and in writing. I am very passionate about teaching and I have the ability to share my knowledge and skills with my students and help them do the best they can.

I prepare assessments for my students before I teach in order for me to know the appropriate techniques to use to impact knowledge to them.
