My name is Joseph, I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Industrial Technology and Technology Education. I am highly enthusiastic and passionate about education and teaching. I make sure to take an approach that is both structured and flexible so I do not scare my student away and at the same time achieve what is expected at the end of sessions.

I have a passion for helping my students build confidence, and I believe that this sense of confidence is important in the development of every child's personal learning skills.

When I meet a student, I make sure to properly assess the level that the student is so I can then work on tailoring my tuition style and process to meet their specific needs.

Over the years, my experience as a teacher has made me understand that different approaches often suit different students. While some may need me to focus on examination technique and style, others may just require a push to boost their confidence in a particular subject or basically to develop a fluency in whichever subject they are studying through total immersion.
