Excellent English Tutor
English Language comprises of different aspects/branches; these branches include: Reading, Spelling, Phonics, Creative and Essay Writing, Lexis and Structure and Grammar. I ensure I incorporate all of these into my lesson plan so my students are thoroughly grounded in the subject areas. I develop lesson plans and a curriculum, give notes and assign classwork and assignment.
About
My name is Kemi. A graduate of computer science from Yaba College of Technology. As a home tutor, I have taught many student for over 10 years, Preparing them for The Common Entrance Examinations. Some student i taught were product of schools like Corona secondary school Agbara, Liforte College Ibadan and Trinity International College, Ofada. I live in Lagos island where i have successfully worked as a tutor for years. My interest to teach students who are in primary schools are borne out of my genuine desire to, in my own way, bring out the very best, teaching-wise, in students I come in contact with, ensuring that they are better off in Mathematics, English Language and also give them tips on how to improve in other subjects they offer.
I think the most important quality in any tutor is patience. My first step is to perform an assessment of the student; this, along with a comparison of the student's academic goals, forms the basis of our lesson plan. I listen closely to the students goals in order to tailor my approach specifically to that student.
