In my tutorials, I ensure I break down concepts that my students may be struggling to understand and work through these concepts piece by piece. I will work to ensure that you have a very strong base of knowledge and skills of the subject and listen to you to find out what you personally find the most difficult.

My name is Michael. I am a graduate of Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna. I also hold a PGD in Mathematics/Computer science/Statistics from Kaduna state Polytechnic.
I have teaching experience teaching Mathematics at different levels/classes.
I aim to provide a friendly, engaging and informative tutorials that focus on the specific needs of each student. Each session will be planned with the individual goals and learning styles of students in mind to maximize what can be achieved. I believe that teaching is most valuable when it provides tools that students can use outside of tutorials, and I therefore try to teach approaches to problem-solving and build students' confidence in their ability, in addition to teaching subject-specific content. I will do my best to make sure that each session is challenging and builds on what has been learnt before, with clear, achievable goals that are directly related to the student’s overall aims.

There are different sets (levels) of students there. The students at lower levels of primary, I elaborate more on what they were taught in school and make sure their assignments are alright. The students at higher levels I tutor and prepare for entrance examinations and also assist with assignments too.
