I have the enthusiasm and passion for children who are just beginning their educational journey. This goes well beyond enjoying being with children. I have the zeal to always make a difference to each and every child. 

Over the years as an early childhood educator, I have learnt that as a teacher, there is the need to have effective skills for working with young children and for communicating with them at their level. I need to be able to communicate with the child's parents about the needs, skills, problems and achievements, so we both can help the child without undue emotion. 

I have undergone lots of early childhood education training to prepare well for a position such as this one.

As an educator, I take into consideration every child's unique need, learning style and ability. I try to create an inclusive learning plan to cater for all learners and also an enabling environment that allows them to thrive.
