I have managed classes in the upper and lower secondary cadres. And during my time, i have been able to effect the competitive impulse of students as well as provide a reward based healthy competition platform for the kids to develop academically. As a hostel parent, i serve as a surrogate parent for the kids under my watch. I tend to their needs the best way i can, help them develop academically, morally, socially as well as help develop their innate talents. As the school sport master, i double as the school football and athletics coach and i have painstakingly designed the after school hours time table from Monday to Friday to personally coach the students in the various sports they love. All of this has borne good fruits which is evident by a upturn in the statistics of the hostel students as well as the good fortune of the school in terms of sports.
