About

I am an enthusiastic and passionate teacher. Over the years, I have taught students at the various academic levels. I have prepared them for various examinations ranging from common entrance examinations, WAEC, JAMB, etc.

My students are able to achieve their desired grades because I teach them not to restrict themselves to the syllabus.

I encourage them to learn beyond the restrictions of the course guide. This builds up their confidence so that they walk into the examination hall relaxed knowing that they are fully prepared to answer any question thrown at them.

My overall approach is iterative. That is involving repetition of steps to achieve the desired result.

I constantly change the way and level of what I teach in response to the feedback from the student. Having spent some years teaching, I have learnt different methods as well as the best strategies for effective preparation and techniques to use in the examination.

Most importantly, I make sure to bring an enthusiasm to the subjects I teach and I ensure I pass this enthusiasm on to my students.

As a teacher/tutor, I create and maintain lesson plans with regard to the subjects being taught and the curriculum of study of the student. This lesson plan includes the goal for each class, the materials needed to fully actualize the goal and the time frame needed to achieve the goal. I work with students in the classroom, while marking their work, providing grades and creating progress reports. I encourage an interactive class session so my students are always free to ask questions.
