English Language Tutor
My main aim with my lessons is to tackle what a student finds the most difficult and where most help is needed, so that the most improvement can be made. But at the same time I am also friendly and enthusiastic, and would ensure each lesson remains enjoyable and interesting as I recognize this is also vital for improvement.
My name is Samuel Ugboke. Graduate of Chemical Engineering at the University of South Africa (Unisa). Furthermore, I receive a Diploma in Child educational psychology and Childs behaviour. Other certificate courses are of Cambridge in IGCSE, AS and A- levels in Mathematics and Chemistry at St. Johns college Johannesburg South Africa which is facilitated by Cambridge officials in U.K and Wales .
I have 11 years productive teaching experience as a teacher and a tutor in Nigeria, South Africa and Somaliland
I work closely with each child to determine the ways in which they learn best, their interests, strengths and weaknesses, and feed this back into my tutoring methods, creating a tailor-made learning experience.
My methods are, of course, also informed by a thorough understanding of assessment requirements and criteria both for school entrance examinations and public examinations. I
believe that a positive and confident attitude towards the academic subject being studied can be hugely beneficial in terms of results, and I try to engender this by providing a supportive yet challenging relationship and environment for study. I thoroughly enjoy tutoring each of the subjects I teach, and hope that I can transmit my enthusiasm and energy to my pupils.
