    As the head of English Department, I was in charge of training and daily monitoring of activities carried out by members of my team. I was involved in building the curriculum used by the department and also its implementation. I also prepared pupils for Common Entrance Examinations into prestigious schools such as Daywaterman, Grange School, Greensprings amongs others.
