Upper primary English Tutor

I have a teaching experience of four years. I have been an head teacher/class teacher of a class in some schools. In the past it as been both challenging and fun. Knowing each child is different when it comes to learning, I have been able to develop better methods of teaching where it can meet the needs of any child I'm tutoring. I learnt to observe every child to know what their weakness are and what the child enjoy doing, by this I'm able to strike a balance between the school work a child finds so hard to understand or uninterested in and the school work they see as fun and which excites the child. There are activities to do when a child seems uninterested or isn't paying attention. Learning doesn't have to be boring. I have a three years tutoring experience in pre-primary and lower primary class when I worked with a school. I worked directly with any students who needed additional assistance help, there were students who needed extra help so I worked with them during class to make sure they didn't fall behind. I want to benefit the students I work with as much as possible, therefore I welcome any resources or suggestions students or parents can provide.
