Q: Why should i take SAT ?
A: SAT is a standardized test administered by the College Board and is required to be taken by students seeking admission in undergraduate schools. The full form of SAT is Scholastic Assessment Test, which was earlier known as Scholastic Aptitude Test. SAT exam has been developed to evaluate the written, verbal and mathematical skills of the candidates. Having a good SAT test score, allows you to apply to study at many international schools and universities,
Q: How does our prepclass SAT program work ?
A: Our full SAT training is a total of 6 weeks, while the main course is just 4 weeks, we strongly encourage students to participate in the complete program. Classes hold at our centres in lekki and yaba, however students can get a tutor if we do not yet have classes near them. We also have an online solution that allows students to participate in the training virtually and take advantage of our student and faculty community. Students can join our weekday classes, Monday - Thursday or our weekend classes - Friday to Sunday. We also have evening classes coming soon.
Q: What do i need to score in SAT?
A: The SAT has two sections, math and reading/writing, each scored on a scale from 200 to 800. To get into one of the top 100 most selective schools, you will generally need to have a composite SAT score of at least 1200, preferably 1400 or more.
Q: What if i cant attend physical classes
A: Very often we receive students who feel they need assistance in very specific areas. We try to accommodate such requests and focus on the section where the student feels they display the most weakness, however we generally discourage this approach as it typically robs the student of their best possible score
Q: How is the exam structured and what should i expect SAT test structure?
A: The SAT is composed of three main sections — Math, Evidence-Based Reading, and Writing. There is an optional 50-minute essay, and total testing time with the essay is 3 hours and 50 minutes. Evidence-Based Reading & Writing comprises 52reading questions and 44 writing questions. While maths comprises a total of 58 questions.
